Utilized this company for transfer to/from the airport to a local resort in May. Communication was top-notch and the drivers were on time, friendly, and safe. An excellent alternative to the unpredictability of Uber/Lyft. I will absolutely be scheduling them again next time I visit Phoenix!

I have been using Arizona Executive for airport service for a while, always great service. My past trip however they went above and beyond, If I could give 10 stars I would. My family and I booked a bucket list trip to AUS this past November, I booked AZ Exec car service as I always do. Unknowing to me at the time of booking I put the wrong pickup date in and totally did not catch it when they send me the conformation email. The day of the trip I was concerned as I did not get a call or a text to confirm as they always send. When I contacted AZ Exec, they confirmed my reservation for the wrong date I put in. This would not have been a huge deal if it was just my wife and I as I would of just drove to the airport and parked. The big issues was we had 4 travelers and 5 large suite cases. AZ Exec called me back three times stating they were looking for a new driver and went out of their way to ensure we had a ride to the airport. Top notch Service !!!!!

Using Arizona Executive for my transportation needs was an amazing experience. Extremely responsive, immaculately clean automobile and was waiting for me as I walked out the door at the airport. Saved a huge amount of time. I will be using Don's services moving forward. Highly, highly recommended

I can't say enough great things about this company! From start to finish, their customer service is beyond top notch - they go above and beyond to ensure your experience is perfect. They were proactive in all their communications, always on time, and so friendly and kind in every interaction we had. And when I say they go above and beyond, I mean that in every way - our flight home was significantly delayed due to terrible weather on the East coast, and they were so very helpful and patient and made sure I was taken care of in all respects. Don, our driver, is also a gem of a human, and we enjoyed his company, conversation, and our rides with him. HIGHLY recommend Arizona Executive - I would give 10 stars if I could!

Moving is stressful enough but, thanks to Don and Charlene it was a lot less stressful. We made a last minute reservation and when things weren’t going smoothly with the move we had to postpone our pick up. Don and Charlene were patient, flexible and just awesome. On the way to the airport my wife realized she forgot our dog’s leash. Don said not to worry he had an extra in the vehicle and gave it to us. Their prices are fair and their service is incredible.

Used Touch of Class for a party we threw on lake pleasant! The shuttle vans were so nice and clean! Had storage for all of our coolers food, bags. JR was a driver and also Craig in the other van they were very accommodating with some changes and they also didn’t mind stopping so we can get ice!! Highly recommend great pricing too :)

We had JR on the way to the airport and when we returned home. He was super accommodating on our early morning pick up, patient with us when one of bags was lost at the airport, and just overall a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend.

Arizona Executive Limo service is awesome! We used the bus service for transportation of a Legend Trail event. Another bus company bailed on us at the last minute and we were in a pinch! Now we use Arizona Executive for all our events! I personally use their services for airport transportation! Call them first!

This is my family’s first year using Arizona Executive LLC. There is 13 of us traveling and they were able to provide a van with a trailer for all our bags on a 10 day stay. The drivers; Craig and JR, were incredibly helpful and right on time. When our return flight got delayed 2 hours they were still willing and able to pick us up at 8:00 P:M. Couldn’t have dreamed of a better experience!

JR is the best driver ever!! He provided great service & took my mom & I wherever we wanted to go. We went to Sedona and he was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating of what we wanted to see and do. Overall we had the best experience with Arizona Executives & JR. We would definitely use the service again. Also, JR gave my mom and I extremely amazing cake pops at the end of our trip! 10/10 amazing!!!!

My wife and I have used Arizona Executive several times in the last several months for runs to the Phoenix airport. Their service was always great! JR is fabulous, very reliable and has great restaurants recommendations! We recently had a 4am pick up and he arrived early and got us to the airport in 20 minutes! Roxanne, their scheduling manager, is also wonderful to deal with; efficient, friendly and thorough. I would recommend Arizona Executive and will continue to use them for all my transportation needs.
