The day of the trip I was concerned as I did not get a call or a text to confirm as they always send.   When I contacted AZ Exec, they confirmed my reservation  for the wrong date I put in.   This would not have been a huge deal if it was just my wife and I as I would of just drove to the airport and parked.  The big issues was we had 4 travelers and 5 large suite cases.   AZ Exec called me back three times stating they were looking for a new driver and went out of their way to ensure  we had a ride to the airport.  Top notch Service !!!!!
